It will be my first day today and I'm also going to make a blog to hold myself accountable. Hopefully I'll inspire someone else that's sitting there wondering if they should try it.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04917912273751301297noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-790075052566383774.post-46744435556425641862012-10-02T18:47:46.622-07:002012-10-02T18:47:46.622-07:00I enjoyed this. I'm still in it mentally, but technically, I'm all over the place with skipped work outs. I've had so much going on, was out of town for a while, now have my parents staying with me, and about to go out of town again. So it makes it difficult. Good luck to you, though!Hollywood Suckerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06148030851663861313noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-790075052566383774.post-50115069617317785742012-09-12T10:46:26.156-07:002012-09-12T10:46:26.156-07:00Good job! However, I did quit eating sweets and drinking booze and since April I've had over 25 pounds just melt away. Freaking magic. I think the alcohol was cockblocking my liver so that it wasn't doing it's normal fat-burning thing.

The only other thing I did was to start weighing myself every single morning. I think it makes you more conscious of what you eat through the day when you know it's going to make a difference on the scale the next morning.mulling it overhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04330406942163896639noreply@blogger.com
